These terms explain the operating boundary for Lexorates LLC coordination services, client intake, portal access, documentation handling, and professional partner workflows.
Lexorates LLC provides cross-border coordination, compliance documentation support, contract administration support, workflow tracking, intake management, task coordination, document organization, and communication support. Lexorates LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, tax advice, immigration representation, or regulated professional services.
Where legal advice, tax advice, immigration strategy, legal drafting opinion, representation, filing responsibility, or another regulated professional service is required, such work must be performed by independently licensed or authorized professionals. Lexorates may assist with coordination, scheduling, status tracking, document collection, and administrative handoffs.
The client and partner portal is intended to support role-specific workflow visibility. Clients may request tasks, upload documents, and monitor coordination status. Partners may review assigned materials, request further information, provide feedback, and update task status within the scope assigned to them.
Users should upload only documents required for the relevant workflow. Sensitive documents should be shared only through approved channels. Production use of the portal should include authentication, encryption, role-based access control, audit logging, and defined retention or deletion rules.
Subscription access and service fees are based on the scope of coordination work, workflow complexity, urgency, document volume, professional involvement, jurisdictional considerations, and written service order terms. Third-party fees are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Using Lexorates services, submitting an intake request, uploading documents, or communicating through the portal does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship with Lexorates LLC or any professional partner. Any professional engagement must be separately confirmed by the relevant licensed professional.
